Pricing And Estimates
We provide a flat price for repair work after an on-site inspection, and no chargeable work begins until that price is approved by the customer. Prices are specific to the diagnosed issue and may change if the scope of work changes once a repair is underway, in which case we will inform you before proceeding with any additional work.
Scheduling And Access
You are responsible for providing our technicians reasonable access to the service address at the scheduled time. Delays caused by restricted access, incorrect address information, or similar issues may affect scheduling and, where applicable, incur a reasonable trip or rescheduling charge.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless another arrangement has been agreed to in writing. We accept standard payment methods as communicated at the time of booking.
Workmanship
